Challenge-based Learning Model

"You will add value to a company by putting your acquired knowledge into practice"

Have you ever thought about being able to put your talent management skills into practice while studying? While studying the Master in Strategic Talent Management, you will have the opportunity to apply your learning through a specialised work placement in the People/Human Resources Department of an organisation working in a role in the company's talent management. 

And, over the last few months you will do the End-of-Master's Project. You will carry out a value-added project for a company such as the development of an Employer Branding strategy for the organisation, the development of a Skills Development Management model, the design of an Employee Experience process, the implementation of an Internal Communication strategy, the development of a Training and Learning strategy, or many other examples.  

Challenge-based Learning Model

At Mondragon Unibertsitatea we believe that practice is the key to learning. That is why we base our teaching methodology on solving challenges proposed by more than 100 collaborating companies. Therefore, you will acquire the necessary knowledge by solving real-life challenges thanks to our Challenge-based Learning Model.

Companies such as Forum Sport, Laboral Kutxa, Orbea or ULMA will launch projects that you will have to carry out as a team, as if you were part of the company itself. This way, you will acquire experience in real environments, developing the skills and aptitudes that will open the doors to the job market.

What is the End-of-Master’s Project?

  • You will be able to develop your own project based on talent management in an organisation
  • Lasting one full-time semester in the final year
  • Essential requirement to obtain the Master's degree in Strategic Talent Management
  • 30% remain working in the company where they did the End-of-Master's Project (TFM)
  • You will be supported by the University and the company to complete your TFM
  • Scholarship
