DUAL PROGRAMME

Mondragon Unibertsitatea is a practical university, immersed in the working reality and providing students with different learning experiences in business environments (dual training, work-study programmes, and final degree/master's projects).

We have a large network of partner companies that integrate students' dual training experiences as a strategy to attract and retain young talent. These companies also enable students to integrate their final degree/master's project into the larger-scale research and transfer projects they carry out together with Mondragon Unibertsitatea.

All these training experiences in business environments last between 10 months and 3 years, depending on the modality, and include financial aid.

TFM: "Definition of the Strategic Marketing model" // ULMA Construction (Oñati, Gipuzkoa)

"The End-of-Master's Project developed at ULMA Construction, a company that offers complete formwork solutions, climbing systems, scaffolding and construction solutions has given me the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the Master’s Degree course. The objective, framed in the Strategic Plan of the organisation, has been to implement a process that allows the early analysis of information, helping us make the best decisions to improve competitiveness. Finally, I would like to emphasise that this project that has allowed me to acquire in-depth knowledge in a subject of my liking, relating to professionals of different disciplines."

ERASMUS INTENRSHIPS: "Work placement - Service design" // Livework Studio (London, UK)

"Livework is a pioneer in the design of services. It collaborates with companies from different sectors to improving the experience of its users and, subsequently, its business. During my stay at Livework, I participated in several projects in which I worked with customers and users of telephone companies, banks, hospitals, etc. to define new strategies that will improve their services and the satisfaction of those who use them. To do this, we applied several tools and techniques that we had learnt in the Master’s Degree. In these practices, I realised the importance of communication, both in the work group and with clients, to design a coherent solution that delivers value"
