This week the running team organized a two session course to increase their knowledge about workout

The person responsible for giving the course was Mikel Quelle, personal trainer and athletic trainer, among other things. The first day was about training planning and the second day about nutrition and strength training applied to runners. For the nutrition section, we had the opportunity to have nutritionist Helen Carr.
