Biteri’s self-care sessions have been completed. In the 30 hours that the course lasted, the participants have reached a deeper knowledge of their body and become aware of it, recognizing it and accepting it. They have based on various postural exercises and techniques such as yoga, massage, pilates, postural reeducation, relaxation, breathing and stretching.

They have dedicated the last part of the session to have an infusion and a homemade chocolate brownie and thus say goodbye until the next course.
