Mondragon Unibertsitatea is a practical university, immersed in the business reality and which provides students with different learning experiences in business environments (dual training, work-study programmes, and end-of-course/Master’s projects).

We have a large network of collaborating companies that integrate the experiences of dual student training as a strategy of attraction and loyalty of young talent. These companies also enable students to integrate their end of degree/Master’s projects within the larger research and transfer projects they carry out in conjunction with Mondragon Unibertsitatea.

All these training experiences in business environments have a duration from 10 months to 3 years, depending on the mode, and include financial grant.

Aitor Insausti and Ander Etxeberria

at Aluminox

"Having had the possibility of completing the End-of-Course Project at the company Aluminox has given us the opportunity to develop the skills and apply the knowledge worked during the training period at GEP. We were able to see in the work environment the field worked in the academic field such as logistics, quality management, production scheduling, and treatment and negotiation with suppliers. Undoubtedly, the experience has been extraordinary and rewarding both for us and for the company, since after finishing the project, we continue working at Aluminox now as part of the staff."

Eider Goñi

"Quality Manager" // at Ulma Packaging

"The continuous improvement of production processes and management and service processes is one of the keys to the sustainable profitability of companies, so Ulma Packaging collaborates with Mondragon University in the training of students in the period of the End-of-Course Projects. The areas in which Industrial Organisation students participate in our company are related to quality management, production management, logistics, and process management. Throughout these years, very satisfactory projects have been carried out with the students of the Degree in Industrial Organisation, who later joined our business project."
