The courses in the Master’s program aim to prepare you to develop a project whose point of departure is a real situation to be improved. The project will be the focus of the Master’s degree, and all courses should contribute to it. That is, the project is not a work that you will carry out only at the end of your degree program, but rather it should be understood as a process that will remain in progress throughout your studies.

Your professors and other experts in the course topics will contribute to the development of your skills, based on the scope of their own areas of knowledge. These courses have been designed as learning environments in which you will develop your skills. You will also work with methodologies such as the following:

  • Problem-Based Learning (PBL): You will learn to synthesize information and build knowledge to solve problems in a way that responds to the conditions posed by the problems themselves.
  • Case studies: You will apply your acquired knowledge and experience to case resolution as part of your training in solving situations. You will learn to be open to a variety of solutions.
  • Projects: You will apply your acquired knowledge, learn about yourself and about the need to rely on others, synthesize and build knowledge, and you will create.
  • Challenges: This pedagogical approach requires a global view of the real world. Based on your own interests to give a practical meaning to your education, you will develop cross-curricular skills such as collaborative and interdisciplinary work, decision-making, communication, problem solving, ethics and leadership.

Tutoring and follow-up by virtual and telematic means (chats, e-mail, telephone support, etc.) will be especially important in this Master’s degree program as they promote active student participation and encourage communication between teachers and students
