The students of the Master’s Degree in Biomedical Technologies of Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa attended the ADDIT3D trade show, which took place last Wednesday, 5 June, at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC). The event is an interesting venue for information, analysis of technologies and markets, study of opportunities, internationalisation, and promotion for visiting students.

The health sector has detected that additive technologies can be a good ally in the development of new solutions, so this visit to the show represents a window to learn more about the trends of the future. The students had the opportunity to visit the stands presented by different companies and learn about the latest models of printers, bioprinters, electrospinning technology, and their applications.

Additive technology and ADDIT3D

Additive technology is advancing quickly and is generating interest and questions about its advantages, its integration in the manufacturing processes considered more traditional, and the final result of its applications.
In this context, ADDIT3D is a prominent space for the search of specific applications in pieces, materials, software, and design solutions, as well as CAM-based on new technologies.
