On 13 June, a focus group was organised at the Faculty of Engineering of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, which analysed the course of the EZAGUTUZ project, and for which different PROIEK organisations, both public and private, were invited. Members of the Innovation-Management-Organisation research group of the Faculty of Engineering led the project, namely, Juan Ignacio Igartua, Jabier Retegi, Maitane Mindeguia, and Maria Ruiz.

The focus group served to confirm the validity of the methodology and the proposed tools, whose objective is to contribute to knowledge management in SMEs. The conference was concluded that the proposed solution satisfactorily addresses a historical demand of companies such as knowledge management. Now, following the self-diagnosis, action plans will be defined to guarantee the continuity of the project.

A project aimed at the business sector of Gipuzkoa

EZAGUTUZ is intended to generate a new framework for the management and analysis of knowledge in small and medium-sized enterprises. To do this, it has counted on the participation of five companies from the industrial and social-health sectors of the regions of Donostialdea, Debagoiena, Debabarrena, and Vitoria-Gasteiz. Four of the participating companies have a work team of around 15 people, while the fifth one is close to 200, enabling the testing of different industrial realities.
