DBZ launches ELKARDESIGN project
ELKARDESIGN project aims to generate models to embed Strategic Design in the companies of Gipuzkoa
Mondragon Unibertsitatea’s Diseinu Berrikuntza Zentroa (DBZ) launches the ELKARDESIGN project, (Participatory Strategic Design for the strengthening of the Organizations in Gipuzkoa). The project is founded by the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and the Rural Environment of Gipuzkoa Provincial Council.
ELKARDESIGN project aims to generate models to embed Strategic Design in organizations of Gipuzkoa as a source of innovation and competitive advantage. Two Gipuzkoan companies will take part in the project: the first, Ausolan, is national leader in collective restoration and cleaning; the second, Logikaline, is a contact center and customer service company that has experienced a substantive growth in the last years. DBZ will help both organizations to implement a new service based on Strategic Design, an approach for engaging users in participative processes in search of higher quality service solutions.
After the practical experimentations, DBZ will generate two models for embedding and practicing Strategic Design in organizations. In addition, DBZ will create a new model for the measurement of the impact of Strategic Design adapted to the idiosyncrasy of the businesses of Gipuzkoa. The results of this project will be disseminated by Mondragon Design Konferetziak conference and by diverse publications.
