Abstract

In Order to guarantee the appropriation process and improve the interaction between industrial interfaces and people, this research presents the ITPX model (Individual Task Performance Experience) as a theoretical model proposal to diagnose the adequacy of industrial HMls and evaluate the completion of tasks in terms of individual performance and User Experience (UX). This new model provides the characteristics that digital solutions must have in order to help operators to perform the tasks required in these interfaces in an agile and satisfactory way, increasing their efficiency and effectiveness at work, improving the user experience and achieving better results in terms of individual performance.
