Mondragon Unibertsitatea and Innobasque, with the collaboration of Berriprocess and Kanbanize Spain, organise the 4th Basque Project Management Congress on October 14 on the premises of Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa in Arrasate. Current regulations require the capacity of spaces to be limited, and for that reason, the conference will also be broadcast online.

The conference will discuss the keys that enable companies to evolve towards agile organisations and how to solve the challenges they currently face. Agile values will be discussed as the key to changing a company’s culture, the Kanban Maturity Model will be addressed, real experiences for agile project and portfolio management will be presented, and finally, a number of programmes for the agile transformation of organisations will be presented. Attendance at the conference offers 3PDUs in the scope of the strategy to maintain the PMP certification.
