The latest news seems to be extending the time we will have to work from home. Many of you won't be used to sitting so long. So here are some of our recommendations.

  • Get up every hour and move for a couple of minutes, walk, squat ...
  • Do every 2 hours 5 minutes of stretching work (you can see a video here).
  • Make circuits that combine aerobic and strength exercises once a day (see our suggestions).
  • If you have a static bike ... you can also do continuous activity from 30´ to 60´.
