Mondragon Unibertsitatea organises the first meeting of the Sheet Metal Forming Community at national level
The meeting took place at the Bilbao AS Fabrik campus and all the academic-scientific actors in the field were invited.
Mondragon Unibertsitatea organised the first meeting of the Sheet Metal Forming Community at national level in February 2024. After many years of research and collaborations with many agents in the sector, the university took the initiative to organise a 2-day meeting where 18 scientific presentations were given.
All the scientific agents of Sheet Metal Forming in the state were invited and in total 25 people from the following universities attended:
- Mondragon Unibertsitatea (organisers).
- University of Seville.
- University Carlos III Madrid.
- Technical University of Lisbon.
- University of Girona.
- Ikerbasque.
- Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
- University of Castilla-La Mancha.
The evaluation of the meeting was very positive so that there will probably be more similar meetings in the future.
