How long does it take to complete the Master’s Degree? There are two registration options: it is possible to complete the Master’s Degree in one year or in two. To complete the Master’s Degree in one year, you must be a full-time student. In cases in which the student is working, we recommend taking two years to complete the Master’s Degree.

How are students evaluated? Evaluation is based on the work done by the student, both individually and in groups (online).

Where are internships located? In a center or institution chosen by the student or, if preferred, in a center recommended by the University. It is also possible to do an internship abroad; in this case, the internship usually lasts for two months so that it will be possible for the student to apply for European financial aid. Additionally, the timeframe for internships tends to be flexible, and is adapted to the needs of each student. It is possible to complete an internship intensively in three weeks, in six weeks working half-time, or over a longer period of time according to how many hours are completed.

What types of Master’s Theses are there? For a Master’s Thesis for the professional track, the student applies research methods in order to become familiar with teaching-learning processes, to achieve a deeper understanding of classroom dynamics, and to transform those dynamics. On the other hand, for a Master’s Thesis for the research track, the student establishes the theoretical and methodological foundations for a doctoral dissertation and designs a research project.

In what languages can one complete the Master’s Degree? There are two options: complete all credit hours in Basque, or complete all credit hours in Spanish.
