The Faculty of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts is located in the Basque Culinary Center, a modern building of 15,000 square metres over five floors in the Miramon Technology Park, in Donostia - San Sebastian.

This is a functional building, harmonising perfectly with its natural environment, while projecting an innovative, eye-catching and daring image. It is equipped with the best equipment to allow students to follow the most streamlined and practical training.

Up-to-the-minute facilities include a top-class practical cookery room, a wine-tasting room, sensory analysis rooms, laboratories, high technology applied to catering, practice restaurants for the students, a photo production and video post-production workshop, work and study areas, library, auditorium, and other workshops available to students.

From the perspective of sustainability, it incorporates active and passive measures for energy saving, such as using Renewable Energies. For all these characteristics and for its innovative equipment it is a living Faculty that demands to be used.
