San Sebastian is a small city. It covers 61.3 square kilometres and has a population of seventeen thousand inhabitants. Because of its compact size, San Sebastian is rapid and easy to get around in.

The best way to travel around the city is via its network of urban buses. The company that runs the buses is Compañía del Tranvía de San Sebastián. In its Webpage you'll find full information on routes, timetables and tariffs. The website also allows you to work out the bus route between two points and the estimated duration of the journey.

The Basque Culinary Center is located in the Pº Juan Avelino Barriola 101, in an elevated area south of San Sebastian called Miramón, within the Technology Park of the same name. This area is also known as Hospitales because the area contains several health centres.
