The specific entrance exam for LEINN is designed to give candidates their first experience of learning with the model and, at the same time, to allow the selection team to get to know them in a real and dynamic context.

After attending the open day and registering, each candidate is asked to prepare and submit personal reflection materials (interests, motivations and expectations) that provide a better understanding of their profile and how it fits in with the degree programme's methodology.

Next, a team challenge is carried out in the laboratory, aimed at solving a problem through research, observation and listening to the environment, generating ideas and a brief presentation of the proposal.

The process is completed with a personal interview, where the materials and the challenge experience are explored in greater depth. The final decision is made by evaluating all the evidence from the process, with special attention to aspects such as motivation, entrepreneurial attitude, collaboration, autonomy, communication and adaptability.

From the open day to the notification of admission, the process takes approximately three weeks.
