The body responsible for the system of management of this institution, it is the management system committee, composed of:
- The director of the EPS.
- The coordinator of systems and transversal services.
- A representative of the PAS.
- A coordinator of department.
- Three representatives of the trs, one for each activity (accredited training, continuous training and r & T).
- A student.
IQAS - INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
The EHEA framework and the new changes introduced in Spanish regulations establish that universities must guarantee, through their actions, the fulfilment of objectives related to the tuition given, always in search of continuous improvement.
For this reason, the HPC (Higher Polytechnic College) of Mondragon University has designed its own system of Internal Quality Assurance in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the AUDIT programme of NAQAA (National Agency of Quality Assessment and Accreditation).
This is a programme to evaluate proposals for official syllabus plans, designed in harmony with the EHEA (European Higher Education Area).
A favourable report from NAQAA is essential for the degree to acquire an official character.

A programme at the service of universities to facilitate the follow-up of official degrees with the aim of checking their correct incorporation and results.

It is a program whose purpose is to evaluate the official titles. It has as main objective to verify if the results of the title are adequate and allow to guarantee the adequate continuity of the delivery of the same until the next renewal of the accreditation.
The purpose of this program is to carry out the evaluation of the proposed Bachelor's and Master's degrees, in order to obtain the recognition of "dual training or University-Entity alternation".
This is a support programme for universities in designing their own mechanisms to manage the quality of tuition of university teachers and promote the development and recognition of the teaching.
