The LanHezi II Project

The LanHezi II project (continuation of the LanHezi I project): knowledge creation to influence companies and Vocational Training centers in the socio-economic ecosystem of Gipuzkoa and impact the quality of future employment. The main objective of the project is to influence the quality of future employment, by strengthening the link between companies and Vocational Training centers and developing transformative learning processes based on their needs and opportunities.

The LanHezi II project has four main audiences:

  • Companies. The project will seek to improve the training of current and future company workers.
  • Students. Teacher training and the connection with the Vocational Training company will be reflected in the training of students.
  • Vocational Training Teachers. The project will help them acquire the necessary skills to implement transformation in Vocational Training.
  • Gipuzkoa. The project will serve to stimulate the Gipuzkoan economy, since in the Gipuzkoan socio-economic system, knowledge will be generated and transferred jointly.

The LanHezi II project is one of the seven competitive research projects awarded to the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa in the allocations for the 2022-2023 academic year.
