Soon it will be World Physical Activity Day (April 6) and World Health Day (April 7) and from the sports service, like every year, we have organized the health week at the university. See the schedule.

Today we remind you of the basic guidelines on physical activity recommended by the World Health Organization, our goal being to keep them in mind 365 days a year. In recent years we have seen that there are several external factors that can negatively influence our health and for this reason it is and will be very important to do everything in our power, since otherwise our health may be affected (even more over the years).
