Why do we celebrate it in the Sports Service of Mondragon Unibertsitatea?
The World Day of Physical Activity is celebrated on April 6 and World Health Day is celebrated on April 7. Being our goal to help to improve the health of our students and workers through physical activity, we believe we have to celebrate these days.
But do we know what health is?
The definition of health has had many changes, and at this time, instead of the lack of disease, it is more general and it is well-being, considering three aspects, physical, mental and social.
So, what can we do to improve our health?
Physical activity can improve the three aspects of health, if it is carried out in a controlled manner. In addition to this, care of food and social relationships can also help.
From the Sports Service, we have organized several activities for this week, but remember that throughout the course we develop different activities to help you maintain your health.
