The Master in Strategic Management of People´s Talent (MTalent) has been on a learning journey in Madrid for 3 days.
The trip was based on knowing experiences in the management of people in areas such as People Analytics, Reskilling, Cultural Transformation and Digitization of organizations and their impact on talent management. For this we have visited Telefónica and Securitas Direct, which have welcomed us exceptionally.
There has also been a learning day in the field of compensation and recognition as a talent loyalty strategy by People Matters, partner in the development of the master degree.
It has been a very intense journey from the perspective of learning and from the development as a team.
