The week of 12 September is the week to welcome the new team entrepreneurs (also known as "penguins") who have decided to start a new adventure, the LEINN adventure. An adventure that can be summarized in five verbs: create (your team, team company, is your learning tool), innovate, travel, cooperate and lead in personal and professional transformation.
On 14 September, the new generation of penguins received a warm welcome to turn nerves into excitement. It all started with a parody of a finance masterclass in English that was interrupted by the conga dance of LEINNers from different generations of the Bilbao Lab. More than 100 people danced from the Auditorium with the rhythm of the music all the way to the Isozaki Towers. Here they faced several challenges that led them to the Mondragon Team Academy-MTA Music Festival with the participation of all the team companies: Avalon, Blaze, Hagalaz, Khoda, Legit, Reedom, Riven, Stamm, Tabia and the team coaches team BBB team. After this intense morning, on the 15th of September the new LEINNers faced a gymkhana of tests to get to know the MTA community and the Bilbao city ecosystem. What have we learned in this process? What went well? What didn't go so well? How did we work as a team? These were the questions to be answered in the sharing after the second day. This has only just begun. And if we talk about starting, on the 19th, a new generation of LEINN International of Travelling University begins its journey in Bilbao. Cultural diversity will once again be a central element in the Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria.
