LEINN teams met in Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria. The objective was to give an answer to challenges posed by different companies
On February 15-16, LEINN fourth-year teams from Bidasoa, Oñati, Bilbao and Valencia met in Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria. Participating teams were Tewo, Oreka, Weif, Koren, Winn, Tangram and Carabassa. The objective was to give an answer to seven challenges posed by different companies.
The first day began with a welcoming to all the participants and an injection of inspiration from Aitor Elizegi. Subsequently, the challenges were launched by the companies that were present at all times with the leinners. The participating companies were Bilbao Metropoli-30, Ikea, Campus to Business-C2B, Lantegi Batuak-TZBZ, Fagor Ederlan, Zabalketa and Aldra-Dark Burger. The challenges covered different aspects such as internal communication, business models, value propositions, external communication, financing ...
The leinners had the opportunity to contrast their ideas with mentors / specialists in the themes before starting to work as a team.
After 24 hours of work the next day it was time to show the results to all the companies and people present in the presentations of the teams. The evaluations by the companies were very positive.
