The Basque Culinary Center aim is to provide higher education, research, innovation and promotion of gastronomy and food. We work to promote gastronomy. A pioneering academic institution worldwide. It includes the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences attached to Mondragon Unibertsitatea and an Innovation and Research Centre, BCC Innovation.
This campus offers:
- Gastronomy and Culinary Arts degree
- Masrter's in Gastronomic Sciences
- Master's in Teacher Training in Gastronomy
