The programme comprises the following modules:
Module 0 (optional): Framework and General Fundamentals. This module includes subject matter on the fundamentals of business management to give understanding and mastery of the basic concepts of business management.
Common Itinerary
Module 1: Creation and Management of Resources.
The subjects in this second module will develop skills in the management and direction of the key company resources, by integrating the different interest groups and adapting the strategy to changes that occur in the business environment.
Module 2: The Leader in Organizations.
The subjects of this third module address the key aspects in developing transformational leadership. It also develops skills on co-ordinating teams, negotiation and conflict resolution, management of meetings and digital skills.

Profesional Specialism. (Optional)
Module 3: Sustainable business development
the subjects of this module cover the search for efficiency in the company, as well as the identification of new courses of action to improve the competitive position. These are aspects linked to the transformation of organisations relating to competitive trends.
Module 4: Training in Research.
Research Specialism (Optional)
This module includes subjects which cover theoretical and basic empirical aspects as well as scientific research methods, for those students who choose the “Research in Advanced Business Management” specialism..
Module 5: Placement in a Company
Module 6: Masters thesis
This is a work which applies the content and competences acquired during the Masters degree, identified as a Masters Thesis.
