Teaching and learning process

Methodology

The organization of the teaching and learning process is based on the principles of the educational model of Mondragon University, Mendeberri 2025, which seeks to place learning at the center of the (re)design and reform process of educational dynamics and settings in order to encourage the development of the skills necessary for professional and human development in the 21st century.

  • Implementation of active methodologies.
  • Interdisciplinarity.
  • Design of evaluation systems consistent with skill development.
  • Role change of professor and student.
  • Personalization of learning.
  • Digitalization.

Within this framework, we consider methodologies that both provide approaches to future professional situations and take into account not only the need for the student to reflect on the development of his or her skills but also the opportunity for the student to receive feedback that contributes to improving those skills (problem-based learning, cases, challenges, projects, etc.).

This Master’s Degree has a hybrid learning modality: online and in-person. This modality allows the student greater flexibility in his or her learning process, and he or she is thus able to decide when to work and which track to choose within the program. The platform of the distance learning methodology is Mondragon University’s Virtual Campus.
