Two campus: Eskoriatza campus and Aretxabaleta campus

Since its inception in 1976, the School of Education has been a teaching cooperative aligned to the cooperative movement of the Mondragon group. At the same time, The Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciencies is open to collaboration and exchanges with centres, people and bodies around the world that value training, research, implementation and knowledge transfer.

In 1998, coinciding with the foundation of Mondragon University, it began to offer Humanities degrees applicable to the company. Furthermore, in academic year 2000-2001, the degree of Psychopedagogy was included within the Psychopedagogy of Languages pathway; and in academic year 2002-2003, the pathway of Psychopedagogical Intervention was introduced. Finally, in academic year 2009-2010, as a result of the Bologna process, we started to teach the new degrees, conforming to the European Higher Education Area: Pre-school Education, Primary Education and Audiovisual Communication.

Masters degrees: Official master in Academic Teaching for the Exercise of the Profession of Compulsory Secondary Education Teacher, Bachillerato/Baccalaureat, Vocational training and Language Teaching.

In academic year 2011-2012, two official university Masters degrees were offered for the first time: the Masters degree in Education in Multicultural and Multilingual Contexts, and the Masters degree in Development and Management of Methodological Didactic Innovation Projects in Educational Institutions.

In academic year 2012-2013, we launched the following Doctoral Programme, designed and organised in cooperation with the University of Vic–Universitat Central de Catalunya: Doctoral programme in Educational Innovation and Intervention.
