Objectives and Competences
The overall aim of the Master’s Degree in Cooperative Enterprise and Social Business Management is to provide both young graduates and working professionals with the skills necessary to manage, innovate, develop, research, and run cooperatives and other social economy organizations.
For this purpose, the Master’s Degree:
- Provides you with a wide theoretical and practical foundation in cooperative enterprise on both the national and international levels, with special attention to MONDRAGON as one of the most significant cooperative experiences in the world.
- Helps you to develop skills for the management of advanced participatory organizations by coherently integrating different areas of management: strategy, digital marketing and transformation, cooperative culture, talent development, inter-cooperation, entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Trains researchers in cooperative enterprise and social economics through a research itinerary that provides access to the doctoral program.
