Workshop on adequate postural habits

This training aims to provide adequate training and information on the risks arising from the use of equipment that includes display screens, as well as preventive and protective measures to be adopted.

A three-and-a-half-hour workshop will be held, divided into groups of 15 people:

  2. Work in front of the computer: implications.
  3. Factors that influence back imbalances.
  4. Practical contents:
  • Practical resources applicable in the workplace
  • Practical resources applicable outside the work environment
  • Pelvic balance
  • Compensatory back exercises
  • Compensatory leg exercises
