Methodology
It is the Degree in Business Administration and Management of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, the only degree in business management that is offered entirely in dual format at the State level.
Being consistent with the identity of the university, the learning methodology of the degree is based on three agents: Student, university and company/organization. The active participation of these agents allows the creation of a very rich learning ecosystem adapted to what society demands, acquiring a work experience of two to four years.
The degree can be taken through two itineraries:
- Company itinerary in DUAL model (Bilbao, Bidasoa and Oñati Campuses)
- Academic itinerary (Bilbao, Bidasoa and Oñati Campuses)
The methodology developed in the degree is participatory and will allow you to acquire the competencies and skills necessary for professional performance. Among others, methodologies such as “work based methodology”, “case method” or “problem based learning” are developed. In addition, these methodologies will allow you to improve skills such as teamwork, proactivity, problem solving, assumption of responsibilities or initiative, among others.
The interdisciplinary nature of the different modules, subjects and courses of the degree guarantees a global vision and the integration of knowledge as it happens in the real world of companies and organizations.
This learning model implies the assumption of new roles, both by students and faculty. The teaching staff assumes an active and personalized role towards each student, as a facilitator of learning, being the student the protagonist of his or her studies, learning in an autonomous and proactive way.
The evaluation is continuous, focused on the acquisition of knowledge and skills associated with the exit profile.
The basis of this methodology is summarized in this sentence:
"Don't teach, let them learn"
