This week the winter volleyball championship has been played.
A total of 5 teams participated in the tournament and the final was won by the team Viva Voley against 25-16 Pizza Xanet.
This week the winter volleyball championship was held at the Ibarra sports centre in Aretxabaleta with a total of 5 teams taking part: Viva Voley, Pizza Xanet, Bolei neskak, IKO and Erasmus Team. The championship was played in a round-robin format and after the teams played against each other, the semi-finals and the final were played.
The teams Viva Voley and Pizza Xanet reaffirmed their superiority in the group in the semi-final direct play-offs and after a disputed final, the team Viva Voley was the winner with a score of 25-12.
After winning the championship, Viva Voley got the pass for the Euskadi Championship to be held on March 5th.
It should be noted that all the teams showed their love of the sport and the pleasant atmosphere.
Looking ahead, on the 24th of January, the Handball and Football 7-a-side competitions will be held and registrations are already open, come and join in!
