From the outset, you will work on real cases and practical situations in workshops, with the participation of industry professionals who will bring their experience and current vision of people management to the classroom.

You will then be able to put what you have learned into practice through a methodology based on real business challenges, an approach that turns partner organizations into authentic learning environments. Your learning process will focus on solving real challenges as a team, set by companies that invite us to learn about their strategic projects and contribute innovative proposals.

Throughout the master’s degree, you will work with three different organizations, which will offer you the opportunity to apply your knowledge, compare ideas and develop key skills in real-world environments.
