In this context, the Master’s Degree in Internationalization is based on continuous collaboration between academic staff and professionals with experience in international contexts, with the aim of working on real business cases and applying active learning methodologies throughout the training sessions.
The master’s programme stands out for its use of active learning methodologies, including:
- Company challenges as the core of the learning process. Students are required to analyse and solve real problems related to the internationalisation of organisations, integrating the knowledge acquired across the different subjects in the curriculum.
- Sessions focused on key tools and processes for internationalisation, enabling the practical application of concepts related to international markets, operations, logistics, international marketing, and global strategy
- Experiential and team-based learning, fostering decision-making in real and multicultural contexts.
In addition, the Master’s Degree in Internationalisation features a faculty composed of lecturers and researchers from Mondragon Unibertsitatea together with professionals from the international business sector, ensuring training that is closely aligned with the real needs of organisations operating in global markets.
