The Master’s degree program in Learning Facilitation and Innovation (Lit) has announced changes for the 2022-2023 academic year. First, the Master’s program, now in its fourth year, has reduced its duration from 90 to 60 ECTS; this change makes it possible to complete the Master’s degree in a single academic year (9 academic months) and have a more intense learning experience with multiple possibilities to put facilitation into practice in real contexts. In addition, participants will be able to delve deeper into the design and development of their personal research project, the fundamental core of the Master’s degree program.

As before, the Master’s degree program will offer two tracks, one of professional in-depth study in the field of facilitation, and the research track, which earns access to the doctorate. As in previous years, courses in this fourth year of the program will be held in hybrid mode; that is, with content that will be worked on online, and in-person workshops that will be held at Bilbao AS Fabrik and TeamLabs Madrid.

Participants in the Lit program will specialize in the facilitation of learning and innovation processes, working for that purpose on the skills, techniques and tools necessary to create conditions that allow people to learn and innovate in group and personal processes.

Once they have earned their Master’s degree, facilitators will be able to lead processes of change in their educational centers and organizations, design and develop group or team processes aimed at participation, co-creation or changing daily work models, and approach teaching from the perspective of active learning processes, in both regulated and informal contexts. It should be noted that 97% of the graduates of this Master’s degree program are working in the field of facilitation (both in educational centers and in third-sector companies and organizations) or leading educational innovation processes.
