The Master’s Degree program in Learning Facilitation and Innovation (Lit) opened for its third graduating class with meetings last weekend held in the Azala creation space in Lasierra, Alava.

At the workshop in Lasierra, the participants had the opportunity to experience Lit first-hand and get to know each other. The sessions were organized around three main activities:

Lit experience

The focus of this first step was on the people who are part of the learning experience. The goals were to get a complete overview of each member’s life history, motivations and connection with the program, understand why they are here and what transformation they want to experience during their Lit Master’s journey.

Team Building

We worked on different team building techniques. The main objective of the sessions was for the attendees to share a collective process in which they explored and developed the potential of group work.

Dreaming up projects

It was time to take action, to focus on the project. In this third activity, the participants created new project ideas, working with ideation tools that combined three elements: skills, possible problems and sociocultural trends.

The Master’s Degree in Learning Facilitation and Innovation (Lit) was designed jointly by Mondragon University and TeamLabs.
