Mondragon Unibertsitatea's LEINN Degree: a benchmark

Mondragon Unibertsitatea is a benchmark in the area of entrepreneurship. One of its hallmarks in entrepreneurial education is the Official Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation (LEINN). It has a methodology in which students must create a real company as a team from the first day, combined with trips to different countries.

With a 97% employability rate, it trains young people to acquire a learning mentality that prepares them to face uncertainty successfully, naturally and without fear.

Currently, after more than 15 years since the LEINN Degree began, Mondragon Unibertsitatea has an international community of more than 3,000 entrepreneurs (of which more than a third are women), with more than 120 team companies created in LEINN and laboratories in Irun, Oñati, Bilbao, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Berlin (Germany), Puebla (Mexico), Seoul (South Korea) and LEINN International. These labs are developed through Teamlabs, TAZEBAEZ, Universidad Florida Universitaria, Universidad Iberoamericana de Puebla and HBM Korea.
