The first edition of the Senior Program in People, Culture and Talent for the Future of Work, carried out by the Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea in collaboration with ADEGI, came to an end on June 9 with an overall rating of 8.82. The most highly valued aspect of the program was that the students were able to learn from their peers.

The most valued aspect by the participants was the high level of communication and knowledge of the facilitators. When trying to summarize the program by the participants in three words they have highlighted the following: learning, reflection and growth.

Senior Program in People, Culture and Talent for the Future of Work

The general objective of this expert course is to accompany the development and learning of professionals in the field of Human Resources and People Management so that they acquire the competencies that will help them to become aware of and design people management strategies in their organizations, taking into account the new trends of the future of work. All this is achieved through the real and inspiring experience through professionals in this field and the implications it entails for an organization.

The specific objectives are the following:

  • To understand and internalize the impact of the new trends of the future of work on people, competitiveness, development and sustainability of organizations.
  • To design and manage strategic projects in the field of people management in organizations to help them in the transformation of both the business and the organization, culture and talent.

The program takes place in Donosti, from January 26, 2023 to June 29, 2023, in blended format, biweekly classes, Thursday afternoons.
