Under the title Activate participation, tend to the collective, keys for the design of innovative projects in schools, the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences of Mondragon University and the radical learning laboratory TeamLabs have organized three conferences aimed at heads of schools, that will take place in Bilbao, Madrid and Barcelona on April 22, May 6 and June 10, respectively. Admission to these events will be free but by invitation only.

Innovative practices

Is there a dynamic recognized by the whole teaching team that takes care of making visible the knowledge that already exists in the institution as well as knowledge that must be incorporated?

Is the talent sufficient in the group you belong to or do you need instruments that will help turn it into a collective intelligence?

Do you need tools to improve the participation of the teaching team in meeting spaces?

How do you think all these questions affect the students’ learning experience?

We offer you the opportunity to practice innovation tools at your school and participate in a co-construction space that will help us find answers to these and other questions with the collaboration of Paloma Moruno and Agurtzane Martínez, experts in innovation and facilitation and Co-Directors of the programs of the LIT project (Learn. Innovate. Teach each other) run by the TeamLabs learning laboratory and Mondragon University, and including the Master’s degree program in Facilitating Learning and Innovation and the Specialist Diploma in New Roles for Learning in Education, and specializations in facilitation).
