Registration is now open for the Microcredential in Job Coach Specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder, a training course that will begin on January 19 and end on April 30.

In this microcredential, which is aimed at professionals in the social, educational or human resources fields and at people interested in the labor inclusion of people with autism, students will learn a methodological approach that favors the autonomy of the person with autism.

This course has a modernized training plan and is intended for students and professionals who wish to build a fairer society and transform the employment system.

No previous university degree is required to participate in the course.

The labor inclusion of people with autism

One of the main objectives of the course is to determine the professional competencies, skills and attitudes that are fundamental in facilitating the labor inclusion of people with autism. By combining practical experience with reflection, the students will be able to design and carry out real and sustainable employment units adapted from a personalized point of view.

Theoretical-practical methodology and mentor follow-up

In order to foster active and applied learning, this course uses a theoretical-practical methodology. Thus, with online sessions, practical cases, simulations and the completion of the final project, learning is framed in a real context.

Additionally, there will be a tutoring session to reinforce what is learned in each module, and each student will have a mentor who will be available at all times.
