We held the III PhD Meeting in the area of Advanced Business Management at the Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea

On June 5 took place the III Doctoral Meeting, a consolidated space to share and share the research progress of our doctoral students

The day began with an interesting round table on the importance of international stays in the doctoral process, with the participation of Maider Elorza, Mario Manzi and Igor Sáez. During the conversation, it was highlighted that these stays are accessible processes, very enriching to create networks and professional contacts, and especially valuable for the personal impact they generate.

After this inspiring dialogue, the doctoral students presented their lines of research, which cover diverse fields within the area of advanced business management.

In the field of people management, Patricia Iturritza presented her study on the feminization of the human resources function and Itziar Lekue addressed the transfer of knowledge in hybrid environments. In the area of data and technology, Igor Sáez exposed the barriers to the implementation of RPA in organizations, Izaskun Cayon proposed a model for data governance in Industry 4.0, and Ezozi Soba shared her reflections on sales and artificial intelligence.

In the field of circular economy, Lili María Inés Vázquez explored the relationship between cooperativism and circular economy, and Unai de Vicente analyzed the value chain of marine plastics.

Finally, from the area of finance, Amaiur Bolinaga presented his work on financial diversification, Ainhoa Ibarzabal delved into the influence of gender in the financial decisions of cooperatives, and Jon Olaizola presented the Fuzzy Delphi methodology as an inspiring tool for research.
