During the event, 11 entrepreneurial projects linked to the social economy presented their initiatives in an impact investment roundtable, where they had the opportunity to pitch in front of representatives from some of the most relevant impact investment and social economy entities in the Basque Country. This space enabled direct dialogue between entrepreneurs and investors, fostering learning, feedback and potential future collaborations.

The Summit was part of the Social Factory by Mondragon Team Academy community and offered a dynamic agenda combining inspiration, practical learning and networking. Throughout the day, participants took part in activities such as a World Café breakfast, a workshop on impact investment, case studies from experienced projects, pitch preparation sessions, and interactive dynamics such as a serious game focused on accessing investment. The programme concluded with a networking session designed to strengthen connections within the ecosystem.

Among the entities represented in the investment and ecosystem sessions were Bizkaia Seed Capital, ASETT Arizmendiarrieta Social Economy Think Tank, Elkarlan S.Coop / Hazicoop, Spain NAB, and the GARAIA Technology Park, highlighting the strong institutional and sectoral backing of the initiative.

The Social Factory Summit reinforced the role of Mondragon Unibertsitatea and its entrepreneurial ecosystem as a platform for promoting social innovation, cooperative entrepreneurship and impact-driven projects, connecting emerging initiatives with strategic agents that support sustainable and transformative economic models.

The event was held within the framework of Social Factory, a project co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), through the EFESO programme, with CEPES as the intermediate body, and by ASETT Arizmendiarrieta Social Economy Think Tank.
