In the section of equality service of the web, Mondragon University has published the guide about inclusive language and the guide about hiring processes. This guides are now available for the university community.

Both guides have been made by the formation imparted by Mondragon University. This formation was about the inclusive language and about the process of hiring without discrimination.

This formation is one of the actions defined because of the participation of Mondragon University in the project PLOTINA of the European Union.
