The research and transfer team of Strategic People Management of the Faculty of Business has carried out a study to find out the areas in which people management and HR professionals have been working in recent years, how the context of COVID19 has changed its priorities and how they will be affected in the future by the situation experienced.

The analysis of the data collected has allowed us to glimpse where the focus of the people management department will be in the coming months and years, identifying the main work elements and some of the trends that will have the greatest impact on the life cycle of people in the organizations.
