Euskaraldia is coming!
The university community of Mondragon University with Euskaraldia
Euskaraldia is a social activity of big dimensions that will be put into practice from the 23st of November to the 3rd of December. It will last 11 days.
The objective of this activity is the modification of the use of Euskara (Basque language). It is not a campaign in favor of euskara, it is a call to change the habits we have and to start speaking more euskara.
This activity will be developed in all the Basque Country, either in the streets or in work environments, with the language always being the protagonist.
Mondragon University has been united to Euskaraldia. Each of the four schools have had promotion about it and more than the half of workers and students have sign themselves up in the University or in their respective towns. To make the activity easier some advices about “ahobizi” and “belarriprest” have been given.
Euskaraldia will be finished the 3rd of December, in a festive atmosphere, coinciding with the International Day of Euskara.
