The Xavier Marcet event in Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria was a success. As we told in a previous article/news, the morning began with a plenary session by Xavier Marcet "President of Lead To Change", where we learned about the keys to new management. A day inaugurated by Lander Beloki, Dean of Enpresagintza Fakultatea and Xabier Ochandiano, Councilor for Economic Development of the Bilbao City Council.

In addition to the plenary session, we worked in 3 parallel workshops that were very animated about the main growth levers for the organization: Customer Development, New Business Design and Smart Alliances.
