Inclusive language training in Mondragon University

Mondragon University has had the collaboration of Itxasne Martínez Ojinaga of the consultancy of equality Murgibe for the course of inclusive language.

There has been a course about the inclusive language in Mondragon University this morning. People of the communication area of the University, collaborators and collaborators of different companies that work with Mondragon University in the communication area have taken part in this course.

16 people of the 4 faculties that compose Mondragon University and collaborator companies such as AZK and Arteman have taken part in the session that has been directed by Itxasne Martínez Ojinaga of the consultancy MURGIBE.

The session has lasted 4 hours, besides the training, they have debated about some rules to use the inclusive language and they have done practical exercises to see different real cases.

This training was one of the sessions of the trainings of the equality plan that Mondragon University is going to impart. This plan of trainings has been designed inside the European project Plotina in which the University is taking part with other European universities and advisory companies.
