Fabrika will count on the collaboration of Mondragon Unibertsitatea for its development
The objective is that the Center for the Cultural Transformation of Companies will have more facilitators for the delivery of its programs and strengthen its R&D unit
José Miguel Ayerza, General Director of the Fabrika Foundation and Lander Beloki, Dean of the Business Faculty of Mondagon Unibertsitatea, have signed today a framework agreement by virtue of which both parties will collaborate in the development of the High Performance Center for the Cultural Transformation of Companies called Fabrika. To this end, professionals from the Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea will deliver the programs together with other facilitators. Mondragon Unibertsitatea will also contribute its knowledge to the R&D unit of the center.
The Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea has been developing programs in leadership, participative culture and coaching of people and teams for 17 years. Its professionals will put the knowledge they treasure, acquired in their years of work with companies and organizations, at the service of Fabrika's programs.
The need for cultural change in companies is undisputed. The growing competition in the markets, the digital transformation, the ecological transition, the demographic challenge and the shortage of talent, the values of the new generations, the permanent uncertainty and the commitment to a more humanistic company, place cultural transformation at the center of the strategy and positioning of any company.
Fabrika is the first High Performance Center dedicated to the Cultural Transformation of Companies whose objective is to develop a culture based on trust. Companies that already do so are much more effective (they improve their results), affective (they increase the well-being of their people) and adaptive (they respond better to changes in the environment). It is a matter of accompanying the transformation of company teams, because ultimately any organization is made up of people who relate to other people to achieve something together.
Fabrika is already working with more than 120 companies in Gipuzkoa and the inauguration of its new building, on a plot of 3,450 meters, is scheduled for January 13, 2023.
