The President of the Chamber of Gipuzkoa, Pedro Esnaola and the Rector of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, Vicente Atxa, presided over the delivery of Titles yesterday
The Gipuzkoa Chamber and Mondragon Unibertsitatea held yesterday the closing ceremony of the tenth edition of the Executive MBA, a master's degree that was launched in 2009 by both entities. The President of the Chamber of Gipuzkoa, Pedro Esnaola, and the Rector of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, Vicente Atxa, presided over the delivery of Titles to the twenty students who have successfully completed the course.
The new graduates, whose ages are between 30 and 53, belong to companies in both the industrial and service sectors, where they hold positions of responsibility. All of them have extensive professional experience, and diverse previous academic training in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Law, Public Works and Business Management and Administration, among others.
The students have had class sessions for the study of the functional areas of the company (Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Innovation, People) and have also worked on their management and leadership skills in the context of residential stays. During this time, they have been accompanied by a multidisciplinary teaching team, combining the approaches and experiences of the university, consulting and business.
Goals
The Executive MBA is a program aimed at personal transformation, it seeks to promote the skills and abilities for decision-making, teamwork, project leadership and people, promoting innovation and change as personal and professional attitudes. In addition, it provides a comprehensive and systemic approach to companies and business management in all its relevant areas. Another objective of the Executive MBA is to update and reinforce the concepts that allow managing the different functions of the organization, taking into account the diversity of international and cultural contexts.

The Chamber of Gipuzkoa and Mondragon Unibertsitatea, have very satisfactorily assessed the development of the tenth edition of the Master and the contribution made to the business fabric of the territory. With more than 200 professionals trained in these 10 years in the classrooms of this MBA, both entities are committed to continuing to work together to strengthen the business fabric of the territory through the training of their active professionals. The eleventh edition is currently being developed, which except for the toughest moments of confinement, has been developed mostly in face-to-face format, adopting all the sanitary protection measures established at all times.
In addition, the Chamber of Gipuzkoa and Mondragon Unibertsitatea have renewed their alliance to promote, starting in October, the twelfth edition of MBA EXECUTIVE, the postgraduate course most recognized by managers and professionals of companies. On October 16, the XII edition will begin, which will also have about twenty students, who can still be added by those who want to boost their professional careers in the field of business management and direction.
