Basque Culinary Center and Marcas de Restauración sing a collaboration agreement for training and research
The restaurateur association Marcas de Restauración has signed a collaboration agreement with the Basque Culinary Center to develop advanced training, research, innovation and the promotion of gastronomy and food. The agreement was signed by Juan Ignacio Diaz, General Secretary of Marcas de Restauración, and Joxe Mari Aizega, Chief Executive of the Basque Culinary Center.
